TRACKING: We will update you via email four times throughout the refferal proccess.
- 1. We will immediately confirm your refferal via email upon receiving it.
- 2. We'll investigate the property, decide if its is worth pursueing, and email you that status.
- 3. We'll contact the owner and negotiate the property and again inform you of that outcome.
- 4. Upon closing, usually in 7 days, we'll again email you and send your check within 5 days!
